“I spent about $35,000 with Thrive Marketing Agency over the course of 8 months. My return on investment was $0. They added no value to my company. I am not ranking well for anything. I have 0 new leads coming in. The communication from my account manager was literally none for several months. He did not send me reports unless I asked. Their strategy was poorly executed and truly added nothing valuable for my small cleaning business. They tried to keep saying “”this takes time”” but in the beginning they stated I should start seeing results in 6-9 months. At 8 months there were no results and it was apparent they were not even close. Their strategy was not effective and they almost just looked stumped. They even asked me if I knew what keywords ranked well in my industry. It was evident they did not do thorough market research and did not implement an effective marketing strategy for us. I was the one who had to initiate a meeting with them to get an update on progress. They admitted there has not been much progress and seemed confused on what else they could do. I would not recommend throwing money away on this company.”
